Major transformations are underway in Finnish large companies, yet too many initiatives still stall or fail to deliver on their objectives. Founded in spring 2026, Huritao Oy helps organisations drive business change in a systematic way until the successful end. 

Huritao’s founder and Chief Executive Officer, Reetta Rajala, is a long-standing professional in change leadership. “In change programmes, the focus still seems to be on figures, structures and other technical matters. People are often treated as ones and zeros. Change doesn’t reach everyday work; the euros invested are wasted, people become frustrated, and the business suffers,” says Rajala. 

Huritao’s founding duo, Reetta Rajala and Janne Rajala, are entrepreneurs who have previously sold a high-growth company. They wanted to do their bit to improve Finland’s stalled economic situation: to hire people, strengthen Finnish business, and set an example of growth entrepreneurship. “We didn’t want to rest on our laurels, even though a comfortable life was tempting. We believe we still have something to give to Finland,” says Janne. 

Huritao’s approach to change is a unique combination of understanding business pain points and how human behaviour changes, inspiring storytelling, and disciplined execution. The goal is simple: change moves forward and it sticks, and companies succeed as a result. 

Huritao’s first client projects are already underway. A four-person team is in place, and further recruitment is planned. During May, Huritao will move into a new office on Rikhardinkatu in Helsinki.
